Zoomercise

A new and innovative way to work out. As we age, it’s important to not only train the body, but the mind as well. Keep your mind sharp and add brain training to your physical workout with our new Zoomercise class. You will engage in a 45-minute workout with simple dance, weights, balance, stretching & fun via Zoom.
Personal Training
For people who don’t feel comfortable in the gym setting or are unable to get there and prefer to train in their home or community gym/pool. I bring with me whatever tools are needed for the training session. Note: In-Home training is offered only for Daytona Beach & Port Orange Locals. If you are outside of the area, training via Zoom is offered.
Zoom Chair Aerobics

Looking for a fun and easy way to stay active this July? Join our free 30-minute chair aerobics classes on Zoom! Designed for all fitness levels, these classes are great way to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance from the comfort of your home. You will be led through a variety of exercises that focus on improving your overall health and well-being.
Group Training
Get all the benefits of personal training but share it with your friends or meet new friends at your fitness level for an affordable rate. Our small group sessions are designed to functionally train the whole body and to meet your individual needs.
Water Aerobics
Tues. 9 AM | Fri. 9 AM
Whether you’re suffering from back problems, Joint pain, Asthma, or just looking to achieve peak performance, feel the water reduce stress on your bones or joints with our fun and interactive Water Aerobics class. This workout includes some dance, water weights, and stretching. Classes are held at the beautiful outdoor pool at Spruce Creek Country Club. Non-Members are welcome.
